Truly, the greatest gift you can give is that of your own self-transformation

My Bio

I consider myself a compassionate, loving, kind, and caring person. Thus, I identified my affinity for serving and empowering other people from a young age. Since then, I have continually and relentlessly pursued my passion for service in every area of my life. When I was 18 years old, I joined Israeli Defense Forces as a member of the Navy, where I served and protected my country diligently. Besides dispensing my military duties while in the Navy, I engaged in social work and helped multiple female soldiers adjust and thrive in a rigid, disciplinary environment.

My service in the Navy equipped me with a strong sense of responsibility towards serving and protecting others, outstanding leadership skills, tenacity, and most importantly, a deep desire to keep on improving myself. Consequently, I enrolled for a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy and began to fervently learn about spirituality, especially Judaism, and ancient studies. Further, I studied yoga at Loyola Marymount University, and I am a Certified Yoga Teacher for different schools in LA. Recently, I acquired the Psych-K® Master Facilitator training to bolster my efficiency in professional practice.

I am most passionate about helping people tap into their inner strengths, connect to their minds and soul, and realize the immense potential they have to live a more meaningful and purposeful life. Most importantly, I am dedicated to serving women and girls, and I adopt a holistic approach in helping them overcome diverse challenges, and guide them to overcome their past and reinvent a new future.

Outside my professional career, I am a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling to different countries, and exploring diverse cultures.
